Individual & Community Recovery

Emotional First Aid skills release stress in the mind and body from traumatic experiences and memories, and can be used on the job or in your personal life.   Skills are easy to apply and often take only one to five minutes of your time for effective relief.   These techniques are easy to apply for all age ranges, and for anyone and everyone.

Crisis Response

In a needed response to a crisis situation, Emotional First Aid skills can keep you calm as a first responder. These skills can be shared with those you are helping, with their loved ones and by standers to keep calm and reduce the affects of long term post trauma.

Reducing Trauma

The techniques in Emotional First Aid targets the coded trauma the brain and body record to prepare you for the next time you experience a similar threat. We re-code this event with a calm response technique, removing the trigger.

Cost Barriers

This training is free to communities to eliminate all barriers for receiving help. Even One Less relies on volunteers and donations to spread these trainings and workshops. If you would like to support us in this mission, we'd be honored to receive your help.
